How it works
Three players, and you are none of them. The guest orders, the bakery bakes, the courier delivers. We orchestrate.
The guest scans
The QR code is in the apartment. The guest picks a morning and a 30-minute window, pays, and never types an address — it is already yours.
The bakery bakes
We pick the house that serves that address that morning, we compose the offer and we set the prices. You have nothing to negotiate.
The courier delivers
One independent delivery per order, inside the promised window, using the access instructions you recorded once and never again.
What you actually do
Three things, once. Then nothing.
Your addresses
Add an apartment in a minute, or import a whole portfolio by CSV. Floor, door, intercom, access code, lift — the full delivery brief, not just a street.
Your QR codes
One action, one file to print, one A4 sheet per apartment in your own reference order. Folded to a tent card, it shows the guest only the brand and the code.
Placement
A code takes no orders until it has been scanned inside the apartment it belongs to. That is what stops a sheet ending up in the wrong flat.
The commission, plainly
We are the seller: we buy from the bakery and sell to the guest. Your commission is a percentage of the net merchandise on every delivered order.

An address is never exclusive
One Paris building routinely holds several short-stay apartments run by different managers. The commission follows the QR code the guest scanned, never the address: putting a code inside an apartment requires access to it, and that is the real control.
